The value of working with a celebrant who truly listens and goes beyond the ceremony itself – it’s about feeling supported, seen, and celebrated every step of the way. My goal is to take the stress out of the process, so you can focus on what really matters: celebrating your love.

Additional fees apply for the following:
  • Travel up to 60km’s return trip from residence. Any extra travel charges apply.
  • Themed weddings – So much fun ☺ ! However, I kindly ask for costs to be covered for any costume hire or props.
  • Outside of traditional hours – Before 9:00 and outside of 18:00, please ask me for a quote.
  • Liaison with Births, Deaths and Marriages to order your State Marriage Certificate on your behalf.
  • Ritual props, such as handfasting cords or blending sand.
  • Accommodation if it is required.
  • Rehearsal fee $350 unless already included in package.
  • Travel fee for rehearsals on site if outside of Peel Area.
  • A non-refundable Booking fee of $250 is required to secure your date of marriage.

Naming ceremonies start from $800 and include a personalised planning session, a fully customised ceremony script, and delivery on the day. Whether you’d like to include readings, music, guide parents (godparents), rituals or cultural traditions, I’ll work with you to create a joyful, relaxed and heartfelt event that feels just right for your family.

These ceremonies can be held at home, in a park, or wherever feels most special to you – and they’re perfect not just for babies, but for older children, adopted children, or blended families too.

Travel fee applies outside of 60km return trip from residence.

Based in the Peel Region and providing Celebrant services in Perth, Peel, Southwest, the Kimberley region and location weddings Australia-wide.

To secure your booking date and time a $250 deposit is required. This deposit covers the initial consultations, date preparation and reservation. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable as it reflects the work that begins immediately at the time of booking. 

Heather Jean values your commitment and understands that life’s unexpected changes can affect your plans. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, balancing the time and effort invested in preparing for your special day with the understanding that unforeseen events can occur.

Cancellation by the client:

  • More than 60 days prior to the wedding: 

You will receive a full refund of all monies paid excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • 30 to 60 days before the ceremony: 

50% of the total fee will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

  • Less than 30 days before the ceremony: 

There will be no refund given due to all the work that has led up to this time and since the booking cannot be replaced due to the minimum 30 days -Notice of Intention to Marry for a couple to be legally approved for marriage.  

  • Cancelation by the Celebrant:

In the unlikely event that I must cancel due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund including the initial deposit. Additionally, I will make every effort to find a suitable replacement celebrant who can step in at no additional cost. 

  • Date Changes:

If you need to change the date, I will do everything I can to accommodate your new date, subject to availability.  If the new date is unavailable the cancellation policy outlined above will apply. If the date change is due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g. illness or natural disaster) please contact to discuss your options.

  • No show or delay:

If the ceremony cannot proceed as planned due to a no show or a significant delay of more than 30 mins by the client or essential participants, no refund will be provided. This policy is in place due to the time and resources dedicated to your event. 

  • Special Considerations: 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, Please reach out to me. While refunds are not guaranteed, I am committed to reviewing each situation with empathy and understanding. 

  • Requesting a Refund: 

In requesting a refund, please email Heather Jean @ [email protected] with your booking details and your reason for cancellation. We will process approved refunds within 14 days.
